These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the jik baj Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between jik baj and the Player. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific game rule shall take precedence for that game only.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to open and maintain an account on jik baj, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:
- You are at least 18 years of age. jik baj reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend an account pending verification of this requirement.
- You are a resident of or are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
- You are registering and playing in your own name and for your own personal use — not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.
- You are not a resident of any Restricted Territory as defined in these Terms & Conditions or as updated by jik baj from time to time.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of a current employee of jik baj or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners.
- You have not previously had an account on jik baj that was closed, suspended, or terminated due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- You are acting of your own free will and are not under duress, undue influence, or any incapacity that would prevent you from forming a legally binding agreement.
jik baj takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. We use a combination of automated age-check systems at registration and manual document verification at the point of first withdrawal. If jik baj determines at any point that a player did not meet the age requirement at the time of registration, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited real-money funds will be returned to the original payment source where technically possible.

Account Registration & Verification

Any account found to have been registered using fraudulent documentation will be permanently closed and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. jik baj will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jik baj support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. jik baj will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By maintaining an account on jik baj, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent closure of your account:
Financial Integrity
- Using the jik baj platform to process, layer, or conceal the proceeds of criminal activity — including but not limited to money laundering.
- Making deposits using a payment method that does not belong to you or that you are not legally authorised to use.
- Initiating chargeback requests through a payment provider after funds have been used for gambling — chargebacks on legitimate gambling transactions constitute fraud.
- Attempting to exploit deposit or withdrawal processes to extract funds from the platform without genuine gambling activity.
Bonus and Promotion Abuse
- Registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus, sign-up offer, or any other promotion more than once.
- Coordinating with other players to exploit promotions through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or any form of bonus harvesting.
- Using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the stated bonus terms — for example, placing bets on excluded games or exceeding the maximum bonus bet limit.
Platform Integrity
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform outside of its intended human-player interface.
- Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through a confirmed software error are void and will not be paid out.
- Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with the security systems, back-end infrastructure, or data storage of the jik baj platform.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer format.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms
All financial transactions on jik baj are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jik baj does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own standard transfer fees as per their own published rates.
Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
- Minimum deposit via bank transfer (BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks): ৳1,000.
- Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly for mobile wallet transactions. Bank transfers may take 1–4 hours during banking business hours.
- You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
- jik baj reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts at any time in response to responsible gaming concerns or risk assessment outcomes.
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 for all supported payment methods.
- Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and Bangladesh public holidays.
- bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15–30 minutes of request approval. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the jik baj account. This is a strict anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirement.
- The first withdrawal request on a new account will be held pending completion of KYC document verification. Subsequent withdrawals will process without a KYC hold unless a new review is triggered.
- Only real-money funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
Bonus & Promotions Policy

General Bonus Conditions
- Each promotion is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria — such as minimum deposit amount, qualifying game type, or account status — are stated in the offer description at the time of the promotion.
- Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for bonus funds at jik baj is 30x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable.
- During active bonus wagering, the maximum bet per round or spin that counts towards wagering requirement completion is ৳500, unless a specific promotion states a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may be voided at jik baj's discretion.
- Bonus funds must be wagered within 7 days of being credited to your account, unless the specific promotion states a different expiry period. Bonus funds not wagered within the expiry window will be automatically removed from your account.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games typically contribute 10–20% of each bet towards wagering completion. Slots contribute 100% unless a specific game is excluded. Excluded games are listed in the bonus terms for each offer.
- Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any pattern of bonus claims that appears designed to systematically extract value without genuine recreational play will be treated as bonus abuse under Section 4 of these Terms & Conditions.
Free Spins
- Free spins are credited to a specific slot game as stated in the promotion terms. They cannot be used on games other than the one specified.
- Winnings generated from free spins are added to the bonus wallet and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the specific promotion — typically 30x the total free spin winnings value.
- Free spins that remain unused at the time of their expiry date are automatically forfeited without compensation.

- Odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
- For cricket betting, jik baj follows standard international cricket betting settlement rules. If a match is abandoned, interrupted, or reduced in overs due to weather or other external factors, settlement will follow the rules stated for the specific market type as published in the sportsbook rules section.
- In-play (live) bets are accepted during active cricket fixtures on eligible markets. In-play odds update in real time and reflect the current state of play. Once an in-play bet is confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
- jik baj reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that the market was affected by corrupted data, a known error in the published odds, or any event outside the normal parameters of the sport.
Maximum Payout Limits
jik baj applies maximum single-transaction payout limits across all game categories. Specific limits are displayed within each game section and in the general cashier terms. Where a single win event would generate a payout exceeding the stated maximum, the maximum limit amount will be paid and the remainder will not be credited. Players are advised to review payout limits before placing high-value single bets.
Account Suspension, Closure & Termination
Both you and jik baj have the right to close a player account. The circumstances and consequences of closure differ depending on whether the closure is initiated voluntarily by the player or by jik baj as a result of a policy breach or operational decision.
Voluntary Account Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting jik baj support via live chat or by emailing [email protected] with a written closure request. Before closure is finalised, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method, provided that all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied and no active withdrawal restrictions are in place. Bonus funds remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.
Account Closure for Responsible Gaming Reasons
Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including concerns about problem gambling — may request a self-exclusion in addition to or instead of a straightforward account closure. Self-exclusion options include temporary cool-off periods of 24 hours to 30 days, longer exclusion periods of up to six months, or permanent self-exclusion. Account Suspension or Closure by jik baj
jik baj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 4.
- Failure to pass identity verification or provision of false, misleading, or forged documentation during the KYC process.
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, chargebacks, or other financial crime associated with the account.
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requiring the account to be closed or restricted.
- Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. jik baj will attempt to contact the player before classifying an account as dormant and will retain any real-money balance for the period required under its data retention policy.
Amendments to These Terms & Conditions
jik baj reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jik baj will notify registered players via email or via an in-platform notification at the next login. Continued use of the platform following notification of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
Governing Language
These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. English is the governing language of this agreement. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, the English-language version shall prevail.
